About the Role

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies that leverage GA4 and Looker Studio to drive user acquisition and retention
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and optimize growth experiments
- Design and launch AI-powered experiments to drive user engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with the founding team to develop and refine the growth strategy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in EdTech and growth marketing
- Develop and manage growth budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to growth, such as changes in user behavior or market trends
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the user journey and identify opportunities to improve it
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in GA4 and Looker Studio
- Experience with AI-powered growth tools, such as prompt pipelines and AI-generated creatives
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience with EdTech or a related industry
- Fluency in French and English
Nice to Have
- Experience with n8n/Make or other automation tools
- Knowledge of behavioral science and its application in growth marketing
- Experience with cinematic and precise learning experiences
- Familiarity with Apple, Spotify, or MasterClass design standards
