## What You Will Do - Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to showcase Kyndryl's technology solutions and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue targeted opportunities that align with customer needs and Kyndryl's strategic objectives.
- Provide technical and solution expertise to drive customer engagements and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery, working closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners.
- Leverage your expertise to develop profitable deals that drive Kyndryl's success and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities to stay updated on the latest technologies and trends, ensuring your skills remain current and relevant.
- Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners to foster a collaborative environment for co-creating joint solutions.
- Participate in the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl's best practices.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Kyndryl's services and solutions to existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to provide value-driven solutions within practice services domains.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas in an engaging and articulate manner.
- Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote capacity, with a strong ability to communicate technical ideas effectively.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
