About the Role
The National Account Sales Representative is a critical role within Continental's sales team, responsible for managing national account projects and flagship stores within a specific region in China. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers, driving sales, and increasing market share. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and will report to the sales manager.As a National Account Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, responsible for understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand Continental's customer base.
The role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to drive sales growth. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong market analysis and sales planning abilities
- Proficiency in using office software, including Excel
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to lead and manage a virtual project team
- High sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Ability to adapt to frequent travel and changing project requirements
