About the Role
The 1031 Exchange Inside Sales Representative is a dynamic role that combines sales savvy with in-depth knowledge of the 1031 exchange process. As part of Stewart's team, you'll be working closely with clients and referral sources to structure and assemble 1031 exchanges, ensuring customer success and maximizing revenue. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.Day-to-day, you'll be promoting Asset Preservation's exchange services, providing prospective clients and referral sources with the knowledge they need to navigate the 1031 exchange process with confidence. You'll also be maintaining accurate records of multiple client interactions in the CRM system, following set procedures, and analyzing moderately complex 1031 exchange problems.

What You Will Do
- Promote Asset Preservation's exchange services to prospective clients and referral sources
- Structure and assemble client 1031 exchanges for processing by the Exchange Team
- Maintain accurate records of multiple client interactions in the CRM system
- Analyze moderately complex 1031 exchange problems and provide solutions
- Explain complex 1031 exchange information in a straightforward manner
- Work within broad guidelines and policies to accomplish objectives and goals
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer success and maximize revenue
- Utilize technical experience and judgment to navigate complex exchange scenarios
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in 1031 exchanges
- Strong understanding of business and best practices
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
