What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.
  • Manage and optimize the company's social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality, relevant content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and partners.

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a remote or global setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Experience with content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish as a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
