What You Will Do

  • Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, from sales to project closeout
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage client-specific onboarding, coaching, and performance management
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport to drive sales performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing strategies to ensure project success
  • Manage and report on project budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on project management, sales, or digital transformation
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and to budget
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and technologies, including sales performance and business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience working in a remote or 1099 capacity, with the ability to work independently and manage complex projects
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
