About the Role

As a 1099 Telehealth Nurse Practitioner at Allara Health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to women with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions. The role of a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner at Allara Health is both challenging and rewarding. What You Will Do

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits to determine the best course of treatment
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care
  • Complete required trainings and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices
  • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner
  • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate
  • Utilize digital skills to navigate multiple platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools

What We Are Looking For

  • Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on chronic and complex women's health conditions
  • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity
  • Natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
  • Commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research
  • Technical proficiency, with comfort working across multiple platforms
  • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state

Nice to Have

  • Prior telehealth experience
  • Experience working with EMR systems and other digital healthcare tools
  • Certification in a relevant specialty, such as women's health or primary care
