About the Role

The 401k & 403b Financial Education Coach plays a crucial role in empowering employees of corporate clients to make informed decisions about their financial futures. This involves conducting group and individual financial education meetings, leveraging a proprietary financial wellness platform, and fostering relationships that can lead to wealth management referrals. The coach will serve as the primary point of contact for plan participants, ensuring prompt, courteous, and excellent service. What You Will Do

  • Conduct group and individual financial education meetings in English and Spanish, both in-person and virtually.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and lead financial education for plan participants.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service to clients and their employees.
  • Actively interact with clients and their employees to ensure service expectations are met.
  • Cross-sell all lines of business and services available.
  • Prepare for meetings in advance and ensure follow-up and execution of deliverables.
  • Consult with internal ERISA teams to ensure compliance regarding all client matters.
  • Respond to employee concerns and ensure questions or issues are resolved accurately and timely.
  • Increase employee participation and deferrals in 401k and 403b plans through effective education and engagement strategies.
  • Utilize the company's proprietary financial wellness platform to support employee financial education and planning.

What We Are Looking For

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ability to learn proprietary software.
  • Strong retirement plan knowledge and understanding of financial planning principles.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
  • A college degree is preferred, though not required for candidates with significant relevant experience.
