## About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Operations & Execution Lead to own growth end-to-end, working directly with the CEO and collaborating closely with the founding team. This is a hands-on growth operator position, building, testing, executing, and scaling everything from scratch. ## Responsibilities - Launch campaigns rapidly across channels and iterate based on performance - Test creative angles, messaging, and offers continuously - Build and scale an organic seeding program - Develop and manage creator relationships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest - Analyze performance across all channels and optimize for conversion and revenue ## Requirements - Proven experience in growth marketing, creator marketing, or community-led growth - Deep understanding of the creator economy - Strong execution mindset and data-driven approach - Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, or similar ## Nice to Have - Experience with ShopMy, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo - Background in eCommerce or DTC brands
