About the Role
The Marketing Specialist role at Activate Talent is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing AI-powered platform operating in the creator economy and social commerce space. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day execution across social media, content creation, paid advertising campaigns, and product marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing execution, with experience supporting or managing social media accounts for SaaS, creator economy, or e-commerce brands.The role is remote, and the company operates in the US time zone, offering a flexible and dynamic work environment. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Analyze and report on marketing metrics, including engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Coordinate with the content team to create short-form content for social media and other marketing channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation
- Participate in brainstorms and contribute to the development of new marketing ideas and campaigns
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including responding to comments and messages
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversion
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing execution roles
- Experience supporting or managing social media accounts for SaaS, creator economy, or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google
- Ability to create or coordinate short-form content production
- Strong organizational and execution skills
