About the Role
The Account-Based Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving targeted demand generation and accelerating commercial growth within SweetRush's most valuable accounts. This role involves close collaboration with Sales Leadership and is a key partner in translating account insights and market intelligence into highly targeted, actionable marketing programs. As a member of the Marketing team, the ABM Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales to support opportunity development and client expansion.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include developing and executing multi-channel, account-focused campaigns, delivering personalized, high-impact experiences across channels, and optimizing campaign performance to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. The ABM Specialist will also be responsible for measuring campaign performance, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing tactics to improve ROI and conversion rates.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns specifically targeting the Learning & Development (L&D) industry
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Leadership to identify, prioritize, and refine target accounts and buyer personas
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms and owned assets to drive engagement within key accounts
- Design and run synchronized ABM “plays” across channels, ensuring consistent and personalized messaging that aligns with SweetRush's voice and brand
- Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize tactics to improve ROI and conversion rates
- Support alignment between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and consistent follow-through
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Design teams to develop on-brand, high-impact campaigns and assets
- Write tailored communication assets such as emails, brochures, and landing pages to support account engagement
- Maintain and manage campaign data within CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Ensure close attention to detail in campaign execution, reporting, and data integrity
What We Are Looking For
- Familiarity with the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is highly desirable
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or Field Marketing
- Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing and/or demand generation
- Strong understanding of B2B service company marketing strategies and buyer journeys
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in ABM and demand generation
