About the Role

The Account Coordinator role at Acast is pivotal in shaping media strategies and ensuring the success of campaigns. This involves close collaboration with Account Managers, podcasters, and various teams to deliver high-quality results. As a key player in Acast's mission to connect podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners, the Account Coordinator will be responsible for developing media solutions, managing campaign assets, and analyzing campaign performance. Day-to-day, the Account Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, content creators, and the finance department to ensure seamless campaign execution. What You Will Do

  • Assist Account Managers and Account Directors in developing media solutions for clients, focusing on detail and utilizing Excel and Google Suite proficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with content, ad operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Manage and add campaign data to NetSuite and other CRM systems.
  • Work with Acast's talented podcasters to manage and monetize their inventory effectively.
  • Compile post-campaign reporting and insights to drive renewals and future campaign strategies.
  • Process insertion orders and campaign assets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Acast's podcast marketplace and its role in the media industry.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate media strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with podcasters, advertisers, and internal teams to facilitate successful campaign execution.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in the podcast/media industry or a relevant college degree.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, with excellent data management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
