About the Role

The Account Coordinator, Paid Search position at DEPT offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team at the forefront of digital marketing. Day-to-day, the Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing campaigns across various platforms, collaborating with the team to optimize performance, and analyzing data to inform future campaign strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to achieve client objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and develop strategic keyword lists to enhance campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, presenting findings and recommendations to the team and clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the account management team to align paid search strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed campaign reports, ensuring data accuracy and insights that inform future campaign decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid search trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative paid search strategies that drive client success.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and ROI-positive performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in paid search marketing, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and other paid search platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, draw meaningful insights, and apply these insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • A strong foundation in digital marketing principles and a keen interest in staying current with industry trends.
  • Experience with campaign management tools and analytics software, such as Google Analytics.
  • Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid social media advertising, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they intersect with paid search strategies.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
