About the Role
As an Account Development Representative at Kong, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and managing lead pipelines. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing inbound and outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute inbound and outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business decision-makers through telephone, video, LinkedIn, and email interactions
- Manage lead activity in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue potential clients
- Provide sales and product knowledge to support the sales process
- Nurture early-phase opportunities to maximize future pipeline potential
- Deliver against monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas
