What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of leading insurance organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector
- Collaborate with the research, engineering, and financial services solution strategy teams to design and deploy AI solutions
- Manage complex sales cycles and develop strong relationships with insurance executives
- Provide expertise and guidance on the adoption and deployment of Openai's AI solutions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the compliance, privacy, and security teams to ensure the responsible deployment of AI in regulated environments
- Represent Openai at industry conferences and thought-leadership events
What We Are Looking For
- 14+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software or platform-as-a-service solutions
- 4+ years of experience selling to financial insurance organizations
- Proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets in excess of $2M
- Strong understanding of financial services workflows and the regulatory environment
- Experience managing C-suite relationships and developing strategic account plans
- Ability to design and execute complex deal and partnership strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Customer-centric approach, with the ability to translate complex business needs into transformative AI solutions
- Builder mindset, with the ability to design scalable systems and repeatable sales motions
