About the Role
The Account Executive 3 role at Comcast is a pivotal position that requires a unique blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and strategic thinking. As a key member of the Enterprise Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand Comcast's footprint in new markets. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the complex needs of mid-market and enterprise clients.The role is part of a larger team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business outcomes through innovative technology solutions. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand Comcast's footprint in new markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering tailored solutions
- Deliver face-to-face sales presentations to strategic prospective clients, demonstrating knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services
- Build relationships and drive alignment and regular communication between key GTM partners
- Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace
- Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast credo, ensuring a superior customer experience
- Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required
- Attend out-of-the-office meetings with customers on a regular basis, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding sales territories
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy and Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong knowledge of network design, SDWAN, and network security
- Familiarity with MAN technologies and designs, including WDM, Ethernet, and Internet technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with data networking technologies, functionality, and services, including LAN, MAN, WAN, and VPN
- Knowledge of networking protocols, with an emphasis on Layers 1, 2, and 3
- Familiarity with customer premise equipment, including voice and data
- Experience with cybersecurity and business continuity/disaster recovery concepts
