About the Role
The Account Executive manages relationships with assigned clients, focusing on renewal plans, strategic account development, and client satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, providing timely updates and addressing service needs
- Execute annual renewal activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required materials
- Identify contracting gaps through review of utilization data from business tools
Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree with 6-10 years relevant experience
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of financial concepts
