## About the Role As an Account Executive at Hightouch, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in the APAC region. You will be responsible for building and owning your pipeline, running enterprise sales cycles, and testing messaging and positioning specific to APAC markets. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with founders to shape the regional go-to-market strategy and influence product priorities. The role entails working with data leaders, marketing executives, and technical buyers to build relationships and drive sales. You will also partner closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure that the solutions being sold meet real customer needs. As an early Account Executive in APAC, you will have the opportunity to define how Hightouch approaches the region and make a meaningful impact on the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the APAC market, a background in sales, and a passion for driving business growth. You will be comfortable running outbound campaigns, executive-level discovery calls, and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong communicator with a growth mindset, who is motivated and persistent in achieving goals. ## What You Will Do - Build and own your pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and partner relationships - Run enterprise sales cycles from first touch to close, including discovery, technical demos, negotiation, and everything in between - Test messaging and positioning specific to APAC markets and feed insights back to refine the global strategy - Collaborate with product and engineering to represent customer needs and influence the roadmap - Establish Hightouch's presence in the region by finding early design partners, building case studies, and creating momentum - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the APAC market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs - Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling - Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds quarterly and annual targets - Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the leadership team ## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or digital marketing industry - Strong understanding of the APAC market and its unique challenges and opportunities - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with executive-level buyers - Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience working with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales automation platforms ## Nice to Have - Experience working in a startup or early-stage company, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth - Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, and their applications in marketing and sales - Experience working with data and analytics to inform sales strategy and drive business growth - Strong network of contacts in the APAC region, with the ability to leverage those relationships to drive business growth ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and commission structure - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative company - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options - Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs - Access to the latest sales tools and technologies - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance - Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings plan
