About the Role

The Account Executive Assistant, TPO role at Carrington is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and skilled professional to join a leading team in the mortgage industry. As a key support role, you will be responsible for assisting assigned Account Executives and sales management with various tasks related to loan processing, sales, and marketing. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of the loan origination process, from data input to loan closing.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, working closely with Account Executives, sales management, and brokers to facilitate timely loan closings and provide exceptional customer service. You will be expected to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

What You Will Do

  • Enter new contacts into the system and input loan applications manually
  • Schedule Zoom sales calls with new brokers and existing clients
  • Organize and input loan information into the Loan Origination System
  • Gather loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, and other relevant documents
  • Monitor incoming documents and verify data collected by Account Executives
  • Pull or verify credit reports and flood certificates as needed
  • Send welcome emails to new accounts and loan officers
  • Send thank-you emails to brokers after loan closing
  • Set up company-approved LinkedIn marketing for daily posts
  • Review expiring locks and unlocked loans, sending reminders to brokers as necessary

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of mortgage industry experience required
  • Previous customer service, concierge, or customer experience required
  • Proficient in the use of Carrington's loan origination system and other relevant systems
  • Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle detailed assignments and be self-motivated
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information in accordance with the company's privacy policy

Nice to Have

  • Previous Retail Loan Processing or Wholesale Account Manager experience
  • Experience working in a paperless environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and sales strategies
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance
