About the Role
As an Account Executive at Elevenlabs, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across the Benelux region. You will be responsible for building and managing a growing portfolio of new accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape. You will be working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets, and will be expected to demonstrate expertise in conversational AI and its applications.The role will involve working with a range of clients, from fast-growing startups to large enterprises, to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities using Elevenlabs' breakthrough voice technology. You will need to be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
As part of the Elevenlabs team, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on innovation and experimentation. You will be expected to be proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and approaches.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
- Identify new business opportunities where Elevenlabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
- Demonstrate expertise in conversational AI and its applications, including voice technology, chat agents, and API platforms
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input on new product developments
- Develop and deliver pitches and presentations to clients and prospects
What We Are Looking For
- 4-6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of conversational AI and its applications, including voice technology, chat agents, and API platforms
- Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and approaches
- Proficiency in Excel and other sales and productivity tools
