What You Will Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for BlastPoint
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Communicate the value and capabilities of BlastPoint's Customer Intelligence Platform to potential and existing customers
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to the product development team to inform future product enhancements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct demos and presentations of the platform to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the data analytics or software industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and ability to communicate complex technical ideas simply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
