About the Role
The Account Executive role at Amplify is a strategic position that requires a deep understanding of the company's solutions and the ability to independently manage territory operations. As part of the Amplify team, the Account Executive will be expected to contribute to organizational strategy and participate in cross-functional collaboration to inform company-wide sales strategies and best practices. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory strategies to drive revenue growth
- Independently manage territory operations, including business pipeline development and strategic account planning
- Exercise significant discretion and independent judgment in developing and executing strategic territory plans
- Leverage specialized knowledge of Amplify's solutions portfolio to assess complex customer needs and design customized solutions
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders
- Conduct independent analysis of territory trends, competitive landscape, and funding sources to develop strategic recommendations
- Participate in strategic organizational initiatives and offer expertise to inform company-wide sales strategies and best practices
- Manage all aspects of territory operations, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and strategic reporting
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to build and maintain customer relationships
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of successful direct sales experience or experience in the education field
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to travel and commit to a heavy travel schedule within the territory
- Strong presentation skills and experience selling to schools and districts
- Reside within the assigned territory in Canada
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel and other sales tools
