About the Role

ElevenLabs is building its first dedicated Canadian go-to-market team, and this is a founding Enterprise Account Executive role based in Canada. The successful candidate will be an experienced, motivated seller who can drive ElevenLabs' growth in Fortune 500 and large-scale enterprises across Canada. This role entails working closely with the team led by the GM of Canada to build the Canadian enterprise playbook from the ground up.

As a key member of the team, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and owning pipeline, and developing a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape. This is a unique chance to be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI and work with a team of talented individuals who are passionate about transformative technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Canadian market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
  • Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
  • Generate and own pipeline through targeted outbound into priority accounts
  • Partner with SDRs and the partnerships team to break into the C-suite
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
  • Demonstrate expertise in AI voice technology and its applications in customer experience and internal workflows
  • Collaborate with the team to build the Canadian enterprise playbook from the ground up
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and conversational AI
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to inform product development
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or software industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market and business landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong network of contacts in the Canadian business community
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI or conversational AI technologies
  • Knowledge of the Canadian tech industry and key players
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools
  • Certification in sales or marketing, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
