About the Role
ElevenLabs is building its first dedicated Canadian go-to-market team, and this is a founding Enterprise Account Executive role based in Canada. The successful candidate will be an experienced, motivated seller who can drive ElevenLabs' growth in Fortune 500 and large-scale enterprises across Canada. This role entails working closely with the team led by the GM of Canada to build the Canadian enterprise playbook from the ground up.As a key member of the team, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and owning pipeline, and developing a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape. This is a unique chance to be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI and work with a team of talented individuals who are passionate about transformative technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Canadian market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
- Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
- Generate and own pipeline through targeted outbound into priority accounts
- Partner with SDRs and the partnerships team to break into the C-suite
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
- Demonstrate expertise in AI voice technology and its applications in customer experience and internal workflows
- Collaborate with the team to build the Canadian enterprise playbook from the ground up
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and conversational AI
- Provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to inform product development
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or software industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Canadian market and business landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Strong network of contacts in the Canadian business community
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI or conversational AI technologies
- Knowledge of the Canadian tech industry and key players
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools
- Certification in sales or marketing, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
