About the Role
The Account Executive role at Clipboard Health is a unique opportunity for a skilled sales professional to drive growth and expansion in the dental industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with dental offices, and guiding them through the sales cycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include cold calling, pitching, and negotiating with dental offices, as well as managing your own pipeline and following up with leads.The dental industry is a complex and competitive space, and this role requires a deep understanding of the market and the needs of dental offices. You will be working closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, and will be expected to be self-motivated and disciplined in your work. You will be reporting to a sales manager, and will be expected to communicate regularly with the team and provide updates on your progress.
What You Will Do
- Cold call dental offices to introduce them to Clipboard's staffing services and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the platform and overcome objections to drive new office activations
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to onboarding, and ensure a smooth transition for new offices
- Lead price negotiation conversations with dental office decision-makers and build strong relationships with clients
- Build and manage your own pipeline, consistently following up with leads and maintaining organized records of outreach activity
- Persist through longer sales cycles and re-engage offices over time to convert them into active customers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the dental industry
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales performance
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales manager and the team
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of success in driving growth and expansion
- Fluency in English speaking and writing, with experience communicating with English-speaking clients
- Demonstrated experience managing your own pipeline and following through on a full sales cycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
- Experience with Excel and other sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support
