About the Role
The Account Executive - Emerging Accounts will play a pivotal role in Fictiv's mission to accelerate product innovation by bridging the gap between design and manufacturing. This role entails working closely with emerging companies to understand their unique requirements, challenges, and priorities, and configuring tailored solutions to meet their needs. By leveraging Fictiv's global manufacturing capabilities and supply chain expertise, the successful candidate will enable clients to bring products to market swiftly and efficiently.Day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to deliver customized solutions that drive business growth. Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients are essential. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand Fictiv's customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with emerging accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to configure and deliver tailored manufacturing solutions
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quarterly business reviews
- Provide market feedback and competitive insights to inform product development and sales strategies
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Organize and lead on-site meetings, tech days, and other customer-facing events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector
- Strong understanding of digital sales and marketing strategies
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding customer bases, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and cloud-based platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual relationships
