About the Role

As an Account Executive, Enterprise at Fivetran, you'll play a critical role in driving the company's aggressive new customer and partner revenue goals. You'll be responsible for growing Fivetran's footprint in the enterprise market, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals. With a strong focus on value-driven sales cycles, you'll need to demonstrate a deep understanding of the enterprise customer's data challenges and identify opportunities to drive long-term customer engagements.

You'll need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout a complex sales cycle.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals
  • Accelerate the growth and adoption of Fivetran in the enterprise market through value-driven sales cycles
  • Lead in-depth discovery and demonstrate a deep interest in enterprise customers' data challenges, identifying required capabilities and positive business outcomes
  • Speak comfortably about Fivetran's vision to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors
  • Seek out and land deals with new enterprise target accounts, then look to grow their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sells, and expansion
  • Build strategic relationships with partners to identify new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles
  • Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing and progressing opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the enterprise customer's data challenges and identify opportunities to drive long-term customer engagements
  • Collaborate with the sales engineering team to develop and deliver tailored demos and presentations to enterprise customers

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of navigating complex organizations and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout a complex sales cycle
  • In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry and key players
  • Experience managing a complex sales process and possessing excellent presentation and listening skills, organization, and contact management capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling, with experience driving revenue growth through value-driven sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of data integration and analytics, with the ability to communicate the value of Fivetran's solutions to enterprise customers
