What You Will Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise market
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet the needs of each prospect
- Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demoing Fivetran's products and negotiating contracts
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve the sales process and customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance
- Manage and progress opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong background in data-driven sales, with experience using data and analytics to drive sales decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of the enterprise software market, including key trends, players, and technologies
- Experience with sales automation tools, such as CRM and sales forecasting software
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and identify key decision-makers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction
Nice to Have
- Experience with data integration and analytics tools, such as Fivetran's products
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience working with large enterprises, with a strong understanding of their technology and business needs
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as CSPO or Sandler Training
