About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role at Fivetran is a pivotal position for driving the company's aggressive new customer and partner revenue goals, specifically within the enterprise market. This role is about forging and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and ensuring the seamless integration of Fivetran's data solutions. As a member of the sales team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, customer success, and analytics, to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue targets.Day-to-day, the Enterprise Account Executive will be at the forefront of Fivetran's expansion into the enterprise market. This involves not only identifying and pursuing new business leads but also fostering long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring they maximize the potential of Fivetran's data solutions. Given the remote nature of this role, based out of British Columbia, Canada, the ability to work independently and manage a remote workload efficiently is crucial.

What You Will Do
- Drive towards aggressive new customer and partner revenue goals, focusing on growing Fivetran's footprint in the enterprise market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics teams to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals.
- Accelerate the growth and adoption of Fivetran in the Enterprise Market through value-driven sales cycles.
- Lead in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their data challenges, identify required capabilities, and drive towards valuable long-term customer engagements.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners to identify new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
- Speak comfortably about Fivetran's vision to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors.
- Seek out and secure deals with new enterprise target accounts, and then look to grow their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sells, and expansion.
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of Fivetran's solutions and the broader data technology landscape.
- Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing and progressing opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience, with a well-developed understanding of navigating complex organizational structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout a complex sales cycle.
- In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry and its key players.
- Experience with a solution-based approach to selling, including managing complex sales processes and possessing excellent presentation and listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- High level of organization and contact management capabilities.
- Ability to keep up with a highly motivated team in a rapidly growing market.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
