The Account Executive, Enterprise role at Fivetran is a critical position that will drive revenue growth and expansion in the Enterprise market. What You Will Do
- Drive revenue growth and expansion in the Enterprise market through strategic sales and account management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with key decision-makers
- Navigate complex sales cycles, providing solution-based sales and driving business growth
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and analytics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new business opportunities and providing feedback and insights to the sales team
- Develop and execute account plans, identifying key targets and driving sales strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance
- Participate in sales meetings, providing input and feedback on sales strategy and direction
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of success in solution-based selling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout a complex sales cycle
- In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry, including key players and trends
- Experience managing a complex sales process, with excellent presentation and listening skills
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Strong organizational and contact management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive business growth and expansion
