About the Role
The Account Executive, Enterprise at Fivetran is a pivotal role that drives the company's aggressive new customer and partner revenue goals in the enterprise market. This is a full-time, remote position that requires the candidate to be based out of the US, specifically in Pennsylvania or surrounding areas. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue targets.The modern data stack is evolving rapidly, and Fivetran is at the heart of this transformation. By building data pipelines that power thousands of companies, Fivetran enables businesses to become truly data-driven. What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth
- Accelerate the growth and adoption of Fivetran in the enterprise market through value-driven sales cycles
- Lead in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their data challenges and demonstrate Fivetran's capabilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Speak comfortably about Fivetran's vision and value proposition to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors
- Seek out and land deals with new enterprise target accounts, then look to grow their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sells, and expansion
- Build strategic relationships with partners to identify new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles
- Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing and progressing opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Well-developed pattern recognition for navigating complex organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout a complex value-driven sales cycle
- In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry and key players
- Experience with a solution-based approach to selling, including managing complex sales processes and possessing excellent presentation and listening skills
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Strong organizational and contact management capabilities
