The Account Executive Enterprise role at Glia is a pivotal position that focuses on driving new revenue from top-tier enterprise accounts while nurturing leads generated by the Business Development Representative (BDR) team. What We Are Looking For

  • Located globally, with a preference for candidates with experience working in remote or distributed teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding performance expectations.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the financial institutions or contact centers/customer experience software sectors.
  • 3+ years of complex sales experience, with a background in handling large, intricate deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of Glia's platform to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex and intricate sales processes, utilizing tools such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
  • Proficiency in advanced sales methodologies and a deep understanding of customer service technologies.

  • Experience working with AI-powered customer service solutions or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
