Intercom is a leading AI Customer Service company that helps businesses provide incredible customer experiences. Our AI agent, Fin, delivers always-on, impeccable customer service and can be combined with our Helpdesk to provide a complete solution for customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Champion AI transformation: Drive the adoption of Fin to help enterprise clients unlock the power of AI.
  • Full-cycle sales ownership: Manage the entire sales process with a consultative approach.
  • Customer advocate: Act as the voice of the customer to refine and enhance the AI-agent offering.
  • Tailored AI demonstrations: Create and deliver compelling demos to showcase the unique value of Fin.
