About the Role
The Account Executive, Enterprise Sales role at Salesforce is a unique opportunity to drive customer success and grow your career in the AI CRM industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing enterprise sales, focusing on large financial institutions in Japan. Your day-to-day activities will include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, inside sales, and channel sales, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large financial institutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, inside sales, and channel sales
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and other stakeholders on customer needs and market trends
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the IT or financial services industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales strategy, and customer success metrics
- Experience working with large financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and investment firms
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance
- Fluency in Japanese and English
