About the Role
The Account Executive, Enterprise - West role at Hightouch is a pivotal position that requires driving enterprise sales, building and managing high-value client relationships, and contributing to the company's success. What You Will Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts and land-and-expand strategies to develop long-term client relationships
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer-centricity
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
- Adapt to an ever-changing work environment and operate with a sense of urgency
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the martech and data ecosystem
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Deliver sales reports and performance metrics to senior management
What We Are Looking For
- Experience building and managing high-value enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of sales success in the martech or data ecosystem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
- Strong understanding of the martech and data ecosystem
- Experience with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM and sales automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI marketing platforms
- Knowledge of cloud data warehouses, such as Snowflake and Databricks
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product
