About the Role
The Account Executive, Expansion & Renewal role at Givzey is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge technology company that is revolutionizing the nonprofit sector. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts through additional Virtual Engagement Officer (VEO) deployments and ensuring renewals are completed efficiently. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and build relationships with senior leaders.The role requires a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector and the ability to communicate the value of AI-powered fundraising solutions to key decision-makers. You will be responsible for developing tailored expansion proposals, negotiating terms, and closing agreements.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute account plans to expand existing relationships and identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain direct relationships with senior leaders across the customer base
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and develop business cases
- Develop tailored expansion proposals for each account, including additional VEOs and new program areas
- Work with Customer Success Managers to plan and coordinate renewal conversations
- Lead pricing conversations, negotiate terms, and close expansion and renewal agreements
- Manage HubSpot opportunity records and maintain accurate sales data
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing teams, to drive growth and expansion
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in expanding existing accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and fundraising principles
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered fundraising solutions or similar technologies
- Knowledge of the fundraising landscape and trends in the nonprofit sector
- Certification in sales or account management, such as CSP or CSMP
