About the Role
As an Account Executive at Conga, you will be responsible for selling mission-critical and transformational projects to organizations of significant value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Business and Sales Development, Transformation Specialists, and customers. Your primary objective will be to create a strong territory strategy, inclusive of multiple resources, and prospecting, working, and co-selling with partners.Your day-to-day activities will involve aligning with RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations executives to drive business growth. You will be expected to use your sales knowledge and prospecting skills to identify new opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through up-sell and cross-sell motions.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, high-performing, and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Conduct deep discovery to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Align with multiple decision-makers to drive consensus and close deals
- Provide value to customers through regular communication, support, and guidance
- Develop and grow pipeline through strategic planning and execution
- Work closely with Sales Engineering to deliver technical solutions
- Co-sell with partners to expand customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas
- Strong experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem
