Job Description
About the Role
As an Account Executive with Magic Inc., you will manage the complete sales cycle from initial engagement through to client onboarding. This role is remote, allowing you to operate from anywhere in the world while directly contributing to the success of our fast-growing client base.Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from inbound discovery to onboarding.
- Conduct 15+ discovery calls weekly with decision-makers to identify needs and urgency.
- Become a product expert, aligning the right Magic offerings to prospect needs.
- Manage 'not now' leads creatively and persistently.
- Keep your pipeline organized in HubSpot, prioritizing outreach and maintaining deal momentum.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Operational teams for client success.
- Embrace feedback for continuous personal growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or sales roles.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Excel, and understanding of go-to-market strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools like Adjust.
- Previous experience in a similar remote role is a plus.
