About the Role

The Account Executive, Growth role at Fullstory is a hybrid position that requires a unique blend of sales, technical, and project management skills. As a key member of the growth sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and maximizing adoption, customer success, and revenue within your assigned territory. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting new business opportunities, driving expansion and renewal sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical demos and sell as a team.

The growth sales team at Fullstory is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and as such, you will need to be highly adaptable and able to thrive in a constantly changing landscape. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial to your success, as you will be working closely with sales engineers, product teams, and customer experience teams to drive sales and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven ability to drive adoption and revenue growth. You will be expected to be highly knowledgeable about the digital experience optimization space and have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of Fullstory's platform.

What You Will Do

  • Own a territory and actively prospect new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Drive adoption of Fullstory by growing an existing customer base through expansion, renewal, and churn mitigation sales
  • Document and track all potential and existing client interactions using Salesforce
  • Work cross-functionally with sales engineers, product, and customer experience teams to deliver technical demos and sell as a team
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations with prospects to drive deals to close
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital experience optimization space and Fullstory's platform
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and social media
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product and customer experience teams to drive platform development and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

What We Are Looking For

  • A sales track record of proven success in the B2B SaaS space, with a minimum of $500K in annual sales
  • An average deal size of at least $20K in the last year
  • Experience running value-based, technical demonstrations in partnership with other departments
  • Exceptional project management and presentation skills that drive deals from prospect to close
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance work quality and accelerate timelines
  • Strong understanding of the digital experience optimization space and Fullstory's platform
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights
