About the Role
As an Account Executive at Hologram, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by bringing its cutting-edge IoT connectivity solutions to new businesses. Your expertise in navigating complex sales cycles, coupled with your ability to communicate the value of Hologram's platform, will be instrumental in expanding the company's customer base. You will be part of a dynamic sales team, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Product, and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue growth.Your day-to-day activities will involve prospecting, lead generation, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closure. Your understanding of the market and the diverse customer base will enable you to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each potential client. Given the rapid growth of the organization, your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and contribute to process improvements will be highly valued.
What You Will Do
- Become an expert on Hologram's market and customer base, understanding their unique needs and challenges
- Source new pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Effectively manage complex deal cycles, from initial contact to closure
- Communicate the value of Hologram's platform to multiple personas within potential client organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability in all interactions
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to optimize productivity
- Work closely with the Sales Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on complex sales funnels, preferably within the IoT or wireless industry
- Formal training in value selling methodologies such as Force Management, Challenger, or MEDDIC
- Experience in selling IoT solutions or related technologies
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and navigate complex sales cycles
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in using SFDC, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively
- Eagerness to learn and grow, both personally and professionally

- Experience in landing and expanding usage or consumption-based products
- Background in navigating enterprise sales cycles
- Familiarity with leveraging AI in sales processes
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, French, or German
