## About the Role The Account Executive role at Justworks is a pivotal position focused on expanding the company's customer base and driving revenue growth. As an Account Executive in-territory in Los Angeles, you will be responsible for managing your own book of business, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, and fostering relationships with potential and existing customers. This role requires a deep understanding of Justworks' value proposition and the ability to effectively communicate it to new potential customers. You will be the voice of future customers, suggesting innovative ideas to generate sales, cultivate customer pipeline leads, and advocate internally for product development.

## What You Will Do - Manage your own book of business, including building and managing an end-to-end sales pipeline and all supporting activities - Prospect to close deals, meeting or exceeding your quotas - Establish a presence in your territory through market research, developing a marketing and networking plan, and building relationships with the small business community - Proactively prospect for new business by leveraging market research, sales tools, and cold prospecting - Gain a sound understanding of Justworks' value proposition and effectively communicate it to new potential customers - Be the voice of future customers, suggesting innovative ideas to generate sales, cultivate customer pipeline leads, and advocate internally for product development - Act as an ambassador of Justworks and its solutions, striving to gain intimate and comprehensive knowledge of the suite of products - Travel in-territory in the Los Angeles area to engage with the local business community - Perform other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs

## What We Are Looking For - Experience with sales, particularly in managing a sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding quotas - Proficiency in using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel for sales management and analysis - Ability to proactively prospect for new business and close deals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with the small business community - A sound understanding of the sales cycle and experience in contract negotiation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively - Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices - Experience working in a remote or semi-remote capacity, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
