About the Role
As an Account Executive at Justworks, you will be responsible for managing your own book of business, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. You will be the primary point of contact for customers in your territory, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role will involve prospecting for new business, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts.The sales team at Justworks is a critical component of the company's success, and as an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth and expansion. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
You will be working closely with the sales leadership team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, expand the customer base, and build strong relationships with customers.
What You Will Do
- Manage your own book of business, including building and maintaining a sales pipeline
- Prospect for new business, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, in collaboration with the sales leadership team
- Provide exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about the latest developments and network with potential customers
- Utilize sales tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce, to manage sales activities and track performance
- Travel to customer meetings and industry events, as required
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to stay informed about new developments and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities
- Experience with sales tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of the industry, including trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing

- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including paid media and SEO
- Experience working with remote teams and collaborating with colleagues virtually
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as HubSpot Sales Certification
