## About the Role As an Account Executive at Justworks, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base. ## What You Will Do - Manage a sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals - Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, including entrepreneurs and small business owners - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends - Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets - Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and stay aligned on sales goals - Utilize sales tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, to manage sales activities and track progress - Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers - Travel to local events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategy accordingly - Continuously evaluate and improve sales techniques and strategies to optimize results
## What We Are Looking For - 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong understanding of sales principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in sales tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce - Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
