About the Role
The Account Executive role at Justworks is a key position that drives revenue growth and expands the company's customer base. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing your own book of business, building and managing a sales pipeline, and leveraging market research to identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, foster relationships with existing customers, and negotiate contracts.The sales team at Justworks is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy, motivation, and passion for sales. What You Will Do
- Manage your own book of business, building and managing an end-to-end sales pipeline and all supporting activities
- Establish a presence in your territory, researching the market and developing a marketing and networking plan to reach the entrepreneur community
- Proactively prospect for new business, leveraging market research, sales tools, and cold prospecting
- Gain a sound understanding of Justworks' value proposition and effectively communicate that to new potential customers
- Be the voice of future customers, suggesting innovative ideas to generate sales and cultivate customer pipeline leads
- Be an ambassador of Justworks and its solutions, striving to gain an intimate and comprehensive knowledge of the company's suite of products
- Travel in-territory in the Orlando area to meet with customers and prospects
- Perform other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the HR or tech industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel in-territory in the Orlando area
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Knowledge of the HR industry and its trends
- Familiarity with marketing principles and practices
- Certification in sales or a related field
