About the Role
Cars.com is seeking an Account Executive, Inside to focus on ongoing customer success, retention, and growth.Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, working to maintain relationships and drive sales
- Sell products and services to existing customers via telephone, Internet, and other communication channels
- Respond to client inquiries and offer guidance on appropriate products and services
