Job Description

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Quantum Metric, you will be responsible for driving enterprise growth through full-life cycle sales within a greenfield territory. Your primary focus will be on acquiring and expanding enterprise-level accounts, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and Excel to develop compelling business cases. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders, including Product Managers, Business Analysts, CX Insights Leaders, and DevOps teams, to build trust and credibility.

Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs, positioning Quantum Metric's SaaS solutions to achieve strategic objectives, and navigating complex sales cycles. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic account plans, drive growth, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs and position Quantum Metric's SaaS solutions
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop compelling business cases and demonstrate ROI
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Quantum Metric's SaaS platform and competitive landscape

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in both English and Italian, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals
  • Experience selling solutions involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales methodologies and business acumen
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel, with the ability to develop compelling business cases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
