## About the Role As an Account Executive at Elevenlabs, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries. You will be responsible for building and managing a growing portfolio of accounts, leveraging your expertise in sales and conversational AI to help businesses unlock new experiences and monetization opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, excellence, and impact, and will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. The role entails a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends. You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and be able to communicate the value of Elevenlabs' AI voice technology to potential customers. You will be reporting to a sales leader and will be part of a team that prioritizes talent over location. This means that you will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and locations. ## What You Will Do - Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI - Identify new business opportunities where Elevenlabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends - Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how Elevenlabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver seamless customer experiences - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets - Conduct sales calls, product demos, and presentations to potential customers - Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers - Provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to inform product development and improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge ## What We Are Looking For - 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms - Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus - Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in Excel and other sales tools and software ## Nice to Have - Experience with conversational AI or voice technology - Knowledge of the Italian market and business landscape - Fluency in Italian language - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and bonus structure - Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge AI technology company - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Flexible working hours and remote work options - Professional development opportunities, including training and conference attendance - Access to the latest tools and technologies - Annual company offsite and social travel stipend - Co-working stipend for remote employees
