About the Role
The Account Executive position at Lastpass is a pivotal opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join the growing APAC team. This role is focused on leading net-new and expansion revenue across mid-market and corporate accounts in Australia, helping organisations navigate the rapidly evolving challenges of SaaS security, credential management, and identity governance. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team that values new ideas, supports growth, and recognizes individual value.As part of the APAC Corporate sales team, the Account Executive will be at the forefront of Lastpass's strategic growth in the region. This team is characterized by its collaborative spirit, supported by a strong partner ecosystem, pre-sales specialists, and marketing resources. The team is ambitious, supportive, and united by a genuine belief in the value they bring to customers.

What You Will Do
- Drive net-new and expansion revenue across a defined territory of corporate accounts in Australia, with a primary focus on organisations with 200+ employees
- Develop and execute a disciplined territory and account strategy, building a robust pipeline through self-sourced prospecting, partner collaboration, and marketing-generated leads
- Engage IT decision-makers, security leaders, and CISOs in consultative conversations that connect access management challenges to Lastpass's Secure Access Essentials positioning
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through to product demonstration, commercial negotiation, and close, with support from Sales Engineering and Customer Success
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain strong CRM hygiene across deal progression and sales reporting
- Collaborate with channel partners and the broader APAC team - including marketing, pre-sales, and leadership - to co-sell, share market intelligence, and contribute to a strong team culture
- Represent Lastpass at industry events, customer briefings, and partner engagements across the APAC region
- Act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, helping organisations navigate the complexities of SaaS security and access management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement
- Contribute to the development of sales materials, case studies, and success stories that highlight the value of Lastpass's solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SaaS or security industry
- Strong understanding of SaaS security, credential management, and identity governance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical teams
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, leveraging multiple channels and partners
- Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with the Australian market and its regulatory environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales engineering and customer success teams
- Knowledge of competitor solutions and market trends in SaaS security
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead generation strategies
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as CSS or CSPE
