Job Description

About the Role

As an Account Executive - LATAM at Elevenlabs, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and managing a portfolio of new accounts across various industries. Your expertise in conversational AI will enable businesses to generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale. You will be part of a high-velocity team that prioritizes impact over job titles, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

The role entails building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored solutions that leverage Elevenlabs' voice technology. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and creating strategic plans to drive growth.

As a key member of the sales team, you will report to the sales leader and work closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in conversational AI.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
  • Identify new business opportunities where Elevenlabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Create strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand Elevenlabs' customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to improve Elevenlabs' offerings
  • Participate in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a remote, autonomous environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other sales productivity tools
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Experience working with voice technology, chatbots, or other AI-powered customer experience solutions
