- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, closing deals with both new and existing clients.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately through effective use of sales tools and methodologies.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights.
- Utilize Salesforce proficiency to manage and analyze sales data.
- Comply with company policies, including security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, specifically selling into the life sciences sector.
- Knowledge of AI development groups and their needs.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate complex technological concepts.
