About the Role
As an Account Executive at Omnicell, you will play a critical role in transforming the way medication is managed by building trusted, long-term partnerships with healthcare leaders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing account-level strategic plans, and driving revenue growth through the sale of Omnicell's Med Adherence solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about improving patient outcomes and will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.The Account Executive role is a key component of Omnicell's sales strategy, and as such, you will be expected to be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex healthcare systems and identify opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare organizations, including CEOs, CFOs, and Pharmacy Directors.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute account-level strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer success
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare organizations
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively
- Analyze complex healthcare systems and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to healthcare leaders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Omnicell's Med Adherence solutions and their value proposition
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the healthcare sector
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare sales environment or successful completion of Omnicell's Field Development Certification Program
- Demonstrated experience selling within healthcare, preferably institutional pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or PBM
- Proven ability to develop and execute account-level strategic and tactical plans tied to measurable outcomes
- Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and contract negotiation
- Experience generating and negotiating hospital or health-system contracts
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Knowledge of the pharmacy or healthcare industry
- Certification in sales or a related field
